Carol Jean has been creating unique "wearable" jewelry since 1991. She has received training at the Smithsonian, the Art League at the Torpedo Factory in Alexandria, Virginia, and at Touchstone Center for Crafts in Pennsylvania. She incorporates a variety of materials and techniques in her unique designs.
